at the headquarters of the company located in Tetford, nestled
in the Lincolnshire Wolds in England. Their ingrediants
of herbal extracts, essential oils, liquidized minerals
and crystals, and natural plant colourings are sourced from
high quality sources from around the world. |

own farm in Tetford where they grow many of the herbal ingrediants
for the solutions is the second largest Biodynamic Farm
in England. It is Demeter registered, an internationally
recognised standard for Biodynamic Farming. This is a step
beyond organic which yields crops of an even higher quality. |

How
did Aura-Soma come about?

Aura-Soma
presently has several thousand trained teachers and
practitioners in over fifty countries around the world
including New Zealand, Japan, Brazil and Russia. The
headquarters of Aura-Soma in Leicestershire provides
beautiful teaching facilities, where I have been lucky
enough to go for training.
Vicky
Wall created the first Aura-Soma solutions in 1983 aged
66. As a child she had learnt about the medicinal and
healing qualities of living plants and natural methods
of healing from her father. She later learnt the ancient
arts of the apothecary during her time as an assistant
to a pharmacist, and had a successful career as a chiropist,
becoming one of the first women surgical chiropodists
in England.

At
the age of 66 she was clinically blind, diabetic, and had had
a sequence of heart attacks. During one of her meditations she
found herself enveloped in the most beautiful cascade of colours.
That night she made the first Equilibrium solutions. She said
'Other hands guided mine' as the first Equilibrium solutions
were made. Being blind she could not see the wonderful colours
of the solutions standing before her and had no idea as to their
effects.
|
People
were immediately drawn to the bottles and started using
the solutions on the skin. They reported back that they
had extraordinary effects. As Vicky 'birthed' more of
the bottles, and as more people experienced their effects
the infomation was documented and the Aura-Soma Colour
Care System developed. It continues to develop to this
day, with the most recent Equilibrium Bottle being added
to the set in 2009.
